Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: 
For the most current shipping timeframe, check the rotating banner on the homepage of our website.  Expect an email within that timeframe letting you know your order is on the way! 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: 
For calculated shipping rates:  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We do offer free shipping on any orders, not including tax, over $150, US only. Most purchases will be delivered by USPS, but in the case where a different carrier will save you money, they will be selected.
 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 

We ship to select countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
• International orders are not eligible for expedited shipping.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.  If there is an issue with a product once received, please contact us at hello@planninglivingandloving.com immediately with your order number and a picture of the item's condition, and we will do our best to remedy the situation.
