Refund policy
Refunds:
We do not offer returns. If there is an issue with a product received, please contact us at hello@planninglivingandloving.com immediately with your order number and a picture of the damaged item, and we will do our best to remedy the issue.
Failed deliveries:
We are not responsible for packages that fail to deliver due to incomplete address, missing apartment number, mail forwarding, incorrect address, improper/non-secure parcel receptacle, etc. To make a second delivery attempt for returned packages, the customer will be responsible for paying the returned delivery fee.
